Terrible customer service experience. 20+ emails just to try to make a return. They want me to keep the items and give me a small compensation for them. No, I want to return them for a refund. It took 25 emails back and forth to obtain the return address and then they sent precise instructions on how to return and even write the address and what carrier to use. Definitely a scam company. I will never purchase from again. This has been a complete waste of time and a nightmare. $350 wasted.

Great pretty high quality products. I was concerned they would be cheap quality but I was surprised and satisfied with each order. Also really great customer service. If you have an issue they will work with you and give you many options for a solution. Happy to be a NEV customer so far!

Really great customer service, which can be rare these days. Emailed me promptly when an item I ordered was out of stock and was able to swap with another item I found seamlessly. Looking forward to the item arriving then I can review that too, but customer service so far was great, friendly & fast!

I ordered a few items for Halloween. Delivery time said 14 days.
After 18 days I got an email in French saying my package was delivered to my mailbox.
I checked and it wasn't there.
The next day I got another e-mail saying that it was delivered at an office and that someone had signed for it.
I tried replying to this e-mail but my mail was bounced. The French delivery company had the worst website ever with very tricky systems to simply deliver a complaint...
By now Halloween had passed so the package was no longer useful... I contacted Nev and they claimed the package had arrived and was signed for so they weren't going to investigate, help or refund me. I explained I never received anything but they told me that if I would send it back I would receive a part refund ... not even a whole refund... and how was I supposed to send something back that I didn't receive in the first place?
I escalated the case to Paypal but they delivered some kind of false proof that I had received the package so even Paypal denied my claim to a refund. I have been writing back and forth with the delivery company and Nev since and all I get is generic AI created e-mails and the same loops over and over again...

DON'T BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!

I love this website .Because the products are well made ,even if the price little high ,you get what you have payed for .Also i want to add that the service is greaf ,it maybe takes 20 to 30 min and then youll have a anwser

Always loved the site. Quick replies to queries and a purchase mistake I had made, great service. And sure the products might not be cheap but after making my 3rd package purchase over the past few years, I don't regret it. Great styles and very good quality I have found so. Well worth :)

Amazing service!! I just recently bought a bodysuit from Nevstudio and the product was amazing and such good quality. However the size was wrong but that was my own problem when ordering it. But the Nevstudio staff were so quick to reply and able to help me out and ship me a replacement! Definitely buying from Nevstudio again!!

Great quality clothing, the only little issue is that the order traking is not easy to find. But otherwise, everything is really good :)
