Went in person to get a quote for zine printing, they quoted me a reasonable price in line with their website so I emailed the file to them. Took them 5 days to respond to me (even though they advertised for same day printing and collection), and I had to call then resend the file.

They added 50 pounds to my original quote, while also reducing the quality of the paper I previously wanted. When I asked to clarify they sent a different quote through multiple emails, eventually saying it wasn't even possible to print zines of 40 pages with anything above 100gsm. When I called to clarify, they said they've conveniently had a price increase 'recently', even though I'd sent them the file immediately after getting the in-person quote.

I'd already taken orders so will be suffering a loss from this print shop's horrible customer service and inaccurate prices - feels like they're just making up prices as they go.

I'm so pleased with Nevex Printing Centre😊! Hector helped me to change few things in my poster, although he already explained this is not his job, hence that I'm very grateful that he went above and behind his responsibilities on this occasion. This printing shop is excellent, the staff is helpful and professional and the service very good.

Good quality of print. Trimmed accurately to custom dimensions. Nothing was cropped unexpectedly. Price quite competitive.

Communication could be a little bit clearer. The order was paid with 48h parcelforce service. Order put through on the weekend and delivered the next Thursday but it wasn't a massive issue for me on this occasion.

Would use again.

I contacted Nevex recently about ordering some acetate prints, ready for me to use for screen exposure. My email was responded to very quickly by Bobby - he was extremely helpful, friendly and informative with answering all my questions. As I was unable to get to their location, they also posted the prints out to me for a small extra charge, and the prints arrived the following day!
I have had a great experience with Nevex and will use their services again in the future. Highly recommend.

Excellent, quick and high quality service. A shame that one of the ladies on the front desk is not the best at customer service, but this is made up for by the other friendly and helpful staff and the professional service at a reasonable price. I have used this company multiple times over the last few years for coil/ spiral binding and have never come away disappointed.

The best service I could’ve imagined. I had to print a 60 page Bound booklet in high quality paper and they offered me so many options of paper and binding to find the perfect fit. The whole process was super quick and easy and only took 30 minutes from walking in to email, choose my options, discuss pricing, to print and bind and pay. Perfect for crazy last minute deadlines and worth every penny. (Good prices too). Looks so professional and I’m so happy !

I needed a quick turnaround leaflets. Nevex staff helped me set up the file with the right dimensions and crop marks. I collected my leaflets the very same day. Very pleased!
