Terrible experience with Never Fully…

Terrible experience with Never Fully Dressed. I received an opened package with one item missing from a two-piece set. Despite reporting the issue, I still haven't received a solution or the refund I'm owed. They keep sending me screenshots claiming that the refund has been processed, but no money has ever been returned.

Extremely disappointing customer service and absolutely appalling handling of the situation. Truly unacceptable. I would not recommend shopping at this store.
