This has been the worst experience of my life working with this company, especially with Tuba Naz.
What was supposed to be a 30-day project dragged on for HALF A YEAR. Every single time, they came up with excuses and tried to blame me, when in reality they weren’t doing any work at all.
I constantly had to point out their mistakes and incompetence, and even then, nothing ever got properly fixed. It was an endless cycle of promises and zero results.
I gave them 6 months of patience. SIX MONTHS. And when I finally asked for a refund, they refused, claiming everything was delivered and completed. That’s a complete lie — NOTHING was delivered.
They are liars and scammers who will happily take your money and give you absolutely nothing in return.
Stay away from them. Seriously — RUN. Especially from Tuba Naz.
During Zoom calls, they were completely indifferent, not paying attention to anything I said about the project. They would just nod and say “yes, yes, we’ll do it,” but never actually did anything. For six months straight, they kept saying “3–4 more days and it’s ready.” Total nonsense.
If there was a rating of -100000000000, that’s what I would give. They don’t deserve even a single star.
Be careful with your money and don’t trust these unprofessional people — they will lie to you from A to Z.
I will also be filing a complaint in Pakistan. Companies like this deserve to be shut down and heavily fined.
One more thing: the order was placed through Fiverr. Thankfully, Fiverr support stepped in and helped us get a full refund.
