Have a minor lateral miniscus tear. Along with my strengthening exercises, really supports my knee from impact of weight when running and the odd twist when on trails. Great job.. I would love to promote this product myself

Excellent after sale service for problematic subject
I received 2 units for knee protection.
While using it the left unit injured my leg above the knee. I sent request for replacement. I then, sent pictures of my leg as requested by your support team. My request confirmed and new unit sent to me and I received it already and using it. Wonderfull service with care and understanding. Thank you very much

Worst online shopping experience I have encountered.
The company accepted upfront payment while committing to a delivery timeframe they completely failed to respect. Instead of taking accountability for the delay, customer support hid behind generic refund policy wording and attempted to shift responsibility onto the customer for a failure entirely on their side.
A delayed shipment remains a breach of the promised service, regardless of whether they label it “active.” Professional businesses resolve issues; they do not lecture paying customers after failing to deliver as committed.
No accountability, no proper resolution, and extremely disappointing customer service handling overall. I would strongly caution customers against relying on their advertised delivery commitments.

Knee+ systems
Knee+ systems, knee brace. The product does a good job but the quality is lousy. After 2-3 months the knee brace is completely unusable and Neurgena consistently refuses to replace. There is also total confusion and incompetence in their support department. Unfortunately a really bad experience.
