the WORST to get in contact for a refund, took over one month. wasn't refunded for shipping that I paid, took over a month to get in contact with customer support - was told my emails werent even being received??? just rude and painful all round. will not ever be buying from them again.

Fits wonderfully, it's true to size, fabric is breathable, and sports bra and leggings are soft and stretchy with enough support.

Everything ran smoothly, no issues. The order took quite a long time - 3 weeks - but understandable as I'm in Australia.

I love my new sports bra, super comfortable! The reason why I'm giving 4 stars is because I wasn't informed that one of my orders was out of stock and I haven't been refunded yet. But i'm sure it'll be settled, hopefully soon!

Best thing about neu apparel in my opinion is the fast shipping. I’m impatient as far as online ordering so that a package from the UK to the US arrived in 3 days is amazing. I ordered from BuffBunny (US company) 2 days before and that package didn’t arrive until a week after the neu apparel one. The shorts are a super flattering cut and very comfy. I wish they were a little more compressive, and I wanted the yellow pair- but honestly they’re versatile being black and with the lengthening option because of the ties. If I had the means to, I would’ve ordered 3 more pairs. I Alo most did. Thank you!

Package didn't arrive within specified time. Was contacted to be told that an item was out of stock 2 weeks after the order was placed. Managed to get a refund for this item and matching item. Got parcel late. Went to return the other two items. Refunded incorrectly. Don't get me wrong, the fit and quality were nice but the whole interaction has been painful from start to finish. Order placed 13.08.2020. Issue still ongoing.

I ordered 3 pairs of leggings all in the same size, desert sage, mocha, and black. They all fit like a dream besides the black pair, which don’t sit high up on my waist like the other two do, it’s as if they are the wrong size (and I checked they aren’t). I don’t know what the issue is with the one pair. Then I ordered the matching grey sweatshirt for the sweat shorts, and I didn’t receive it. It happens, I got a quick response to it, great. 2 more times I got shipped the wrong thing before finally the right thing. I’ll probably be ordering again, I love the quality, just a crappy experience but I hope it doesn’t happen again!

It took SO long to get my package. I get that shipping might take a while due to COVID, but don’t charge $16 for shipping. And also, you shipped the WRONG size from what I ordered.

My NEU apparel set that I purchased is extremely see through. I wore this to the gym for a workout and was extremely embarrassed as the set is see through. For a pricier set this is ridiculous.

I just love your active wear apparel. Your website is so easy to navigate, select and purchase. All the sizes are true to size and feel gorgeous on. The array of colours is awesome.
