Fantastic Experience with NetXL
Had a fantastic experience with NetXL. Their customer service team was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to find the product I needed—even though the website showed it as out of stock. I placed my order around 4 PM, and it was delivered by 11 AM the next day—super fast! Really impressed with their service and efficiency. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Helpful & Reliable Service
With so many IT equipment suppliers selling similar products, it's good to find a company who you can speak to and get good advice prior to purchase. The team had a good knowledge of the products I wished to enquire about, and they were friendly and helpful. They even compiled a special quotation for me with a small discount. The items dispatched the same day via. Royal Mail tracked service, and arrived the next day. I feel confident that they will be able to offer good after-sales care, should it be required.

Thank you for reaching out, and I'm sorry to hear your parcel wasn't delivered when initially expected. While delays are rare, even when dispatched on time, unforeseen issues within the Royal Mail system can occasionally cause disruptions.
We understand how frustrating this can be, which is why we promptly refunded your shipping fee. In most cases, this tends to resolve itself and will be delivered within a day or two as it makes its way through the system, which is why we can't ship an advanced replacement. As soon as the courier marked the parcel as lost, we got in touch with you to discuss your options, shipped your replacement, and refunded you an additional £10 as a gesture of goodwill.

Great service and experience
I've ordered some equipment for my Home Lab - it was easy to order, delivered quickly and well packaged.
