I spoke to Travis Minnaar on numerous occasions and he has always been courteous and helpful. He was not pushy for a sale but took the time to discuss that a replacement would be better off. I would recommend and have bought all my networking solutions from NetXL

New account and first order success....
We are a new account holder for NetXL and were a little unsure of exact products to use. We reached out via email which was responded in a very timely manner by Rachel Poland, and since then she has been a point of contact. She has fulfilled our orders accurately and kept us updated with any back orders. The orders arrived in a timely manner with no errors and to be honest, I don't think we will look anywhere else for suppliers now. Long may this business working relationship last.

DO NOT! company has bad customer service
Do not buy from this company they have terrible customer service. Waiting three weeks for them to find a solution which they still have not resolved.
First Issue...
I order a Ubiquiti cable and received another branded cable. Cable should have been delivered on Saturday but was not. When I checked the cable they sent me another brand. When I questioned it they said yes it was a supplier issue so we sent you something else. Did not notify me and still charged me for the Unifi cable. If you like paying for one thing and getting something else then buy from these people.
Second issue....
Item arrived damaged due to being poorly packaged (box was half empty so everything moved around damaging everything). Its now been two weeks of emails without a solution. As per their instructions I have opened everything to test and they offered me £17 compensation. Considering all the items are now opened (at their request) and one item is damaged (scratched) and the cable is not the one I paid for this is a joke. It would cost them more if I send the items back but they don'y offer collections on Saturday. Therefore I either have to take a day off work of I lose out.
AVOID!!!

Had my first order with them for an…
Had my first order with them for an Ubiquiti outdoor access point. The shipping was fast and arrived safely. While the box was sealed and had no sign of damage the unit had a clear scratch on it. This wasn’t couriers fault or NetXL’s fault, it was clearly been scratched at the factory. NetXL agreed to do an RMA and were even happy to send the new unit even though I haven’t posted the scratched unit back. They also arranged for the delivery on my desired day. Top service! I often say it, you shouldn’t just rate companies on the number of problems you have with but also on how they deal with them when they happen.

booked next day delivey and paid extra and it arrived 2 days later the same date as promised from Royal mail as standard delivery... other than that ebverything was perfect
Outstanding customer service.
I used NetXL for the first time recently, and was highly impressed with both their customer service and tech support processes and staff. Most companies these days treat their customers like an inconvenience, but not NetXL who did all they could to ensure I received the support I needed and treated my like a valued customer.
In brief... I purchased an item from them which didn't perform as expected for me, not actually a product fault just a weird environmental issue! When I contacted them they arranged for a replacement unit to be sent, to make sure it wasn't a product fault, and when this proved to have the same issue they processed the return and refund immediately.
Special thanks go to Jade R. for dealing with my initial contact so quickly and efficiently; she understood the issue I was facing and got the return/replacement sorted out instantly. One thing that really impressed me with Jade was that she had technical knowledge of the product and understood the issue I was describing. Definitely not just another "first line of defence" call logger!
Also special thanks to Travis M. who gave me tech support when the replacement item presented the same issue. Travis worked with me to confirm the issue was some unusual technical problem related to my particular use case and, once this was clear, he processed the return and refund instantly. Again, I was highly impressed with Travis, who also had the deep technical skills needed to deal with my issue and quickly identify the root cause. Nice to talk to a techie for a change.
Will 100% use NetXL for my future tech needs and will recommend them whenever the opportunity arises.

Faulty item - Return and refund
