Got a great price on our package and then they came out and fitted the place out in no time. Uninstalled and removed all the kit left by the previous owners. Really lovely and friendly to deal with, would definitely recommend.

The engineer (Jimmy ) was great. Lots of helpful info, and explained the installation process very clearly. Our house has a wrap around extension, and he created an excellent custom made plan so we could get maximum security for the best price...great service

I switched from phone watch in our main house after 25 years. I after initially trialling network security in the granny flat. Great experience overall and nothing too much for the customer support and installation teams. Also better value for money to install and run monthly.

Had a difficulty with WiFi connection. Chau checked our system and broadband supply. He was very helpful and explained what the problem was and the fix.

Following a marketing email from Network Security inviting me to partake of their services, i felt I had to write a review of this company who installed an alarm system in my house a number of years ago. From day one, and for no reason other than the system they installed was faulty, the alarm they installed started giving tamper alarms, the first started in the sun room and gradually went on throughout the rest of the house. To cut a 2 year long story short, i took them to the small claims court and got my money back, which included the cost of the alarm and the monitoring, the alarm was unfit for purpose, i would not touch this company with a barge pole.
Dont be led by their sales pitches, be careful and do your research into their products. The system they sold me was, in my opinion, sub standard.

WiFi changed so panel wasn’t working..Chau fixed it remotely..quick and efficient. Great Service
