A bunch of BS just to get into my account that I was just logged into 5 minutes ago. They seriously need to upgrade their service because this is causing a lot of headaches for no reason. Keeps telling me that my browser shouldn't enter my password. Screw you Netteller.

They robbed me $40 and grabbed my personal data

I had $40 on my account, I left them there because I wasn't in no need of using them. I thought that the money will be there no matter how long I left it there like in any other bank. I changed phone numbers, and asked them to send the verification code to my new number. I realized today that there is an inactivity fee of $5 per month. They didn't inform me about this fee neither did I agree in any shape or form. However, they asked for all my personal information, knowing that probably my balance right now is at 0. They send an e-mail that further investigation is required. Probably they will close my account on the grounds of some discrepancy, but they will keep all my personal information like the photo of my id and phone number which they will probably sell to someone. I think there are in the business of making petty cash grabs and selling your personal information.

The worst electronic wallet ever

The worst electronic wallet ever
They closed my account 5 years ago only because I received money from unknown source.
Suppose it is from an unknown source, it is fair that they recover the money to the owner of the source, but instead they closed the account and stole the amount as if nothing had happened.
And the funny thing about all that I mentioned is not only here, but you are wondering how much was the value of the amount that they closed my account under the pretext of money laundering and terrorist financing!!!! It was only $80 lol
Advice to everyone reading this comment, don't waste your time and money in such rubbish banks, you better keep your bitcoin and get hacked and don't go to these money dogs.

Banks Use NetTeller without Improving Technical Issues

These banks have their customers fending for themselves when using online websites, such as NetTeller. Because they use this NetTeller despite it having problems that never get resolved. So, people are getting frustrated when they cannot have enough power to control their bank accounts online without problematic situations occurring. Also, these Orwellian banking institutions use privacy-invasive methods to prevent people from using privacy-friendly internet browsers, adblockers, auto-cookie deleters, anti-fingerprinting tools, etc. when NetTeller gets used.

I have been a verified customer for 10…

I have been a verified customer for 10 years. No issues until I get a slightly bigger amount of money sent to me. Then, all of a sudden the account is restricted. I provided the document they requested. It has been many days now. The only thing I have heard from them is a message in the support inbox stating that they sent me an email that I didn't respond to, and therefore figured the problem was resolved, although my account was still restricted. It really feels like a safe and convenient way to handle online payments when your account and your funds can be locked for days without any explanation whatsoever.

Customer Service is so bad

Customer Service is so bad, that they ignore your question and just send you generic answers, which have nothing to do with the question. Also when you do dont reply on the same day, they close your ticket.
My problem was about that I couldnt get through the verification process. For some reason my camera quality is 100 times worse (verry blurry), when I click on their verification link. On other applications its very sharp with good quality. Asked for refund, because you have to deposit before you verify..... Got generic answers. Now they want me to pay a 8€ fee.
Unacceptable.

They lock my account with some balance…

They lock my account with some balance in it for more than 1 year now. Every time I contact them, they keep asking for the credit card statement that I mistyping when beginning to use the account. How can I provide a non existing card statement? The communication always end with no answer, no more reply after I mention the problem.
Is there anyone in this company that can still use their brain to think by logic? How can they use a mistyping and unused card as a reason to steal people money?
