Great communication, knowledge and understanding very impressive

Our company used NetReputation to help our client. Not only did our client's reputation worsen since signing up with them, but they also refused to show any deliverables. They were either unable or unwilling to explain what they had done during the first six months.

My only conclusion is that they took our money and did nothing, hoping that our client’s reputation would improve on its own.

To clarify, NR did offer a partial refund, but I did not sign up for NR just to receive a partial refund. We wanted them to do their job and be able to explain what was done with our money.

Our contract with our client has been negatively affected, and our company’s reputation has also taken a hit.

I would recommend staying away from any company, especially NetReputation, that is not transparent about what they do and is unwilling to share how they spent your money.

Do yourself a favor and find someone else that is more transparent.

Responding to NR:
We have a difference of opinion regarding what is considered "success," especially when negative content worsened month over month after the first year. It is also incorrect to say that you notified us when partial revisions occurred; it was actually us who informed NR of the issue, not the other way around. Sending monthly report and not saying anything or sounding any alarm bell is not the type of service we expected.

NR pocked $8,000 after the refund, over a span of 6 months. NR was only able to account for 2 months of work and are unwilling to account for the 4 months. The math speaks for itsself.

Although NR wanted to make things right and offered a generous solution, we couldn't move forward with a company that is shrouded in mystery and unwilling to explain deliverables or how our money was used.
Its obvious to us that nothing has been done, for the first 4 month, and that is the reason why NR is unwilling to share any deliverables.
Trust has been broken, and it is very hard to recover from that when information is being withheld. We are not able to do business this way, if others are ok with this then we have no opion on this.
We stand by our review.

We got prompt and helpful support from our NetReputation team. Once we established a consistent date for our reporting, we received monthly updates on schedule and quick action and answers to any of our questions.
