Lack of communication; no manual delivered
There was no communication on the delivery until one day prior to the delivery. This means we were in the dark about our order for 4 (!!) weeks. I was about to call to ask what the current status of the order is.
Then it turned out one of our furniture pieces came without a manual, which made it a hell to put together based on some pictures we found on the internet and an online manual of a similar product, although it in a different language, with different identification of the pieces, etc.
Overall, not very smooth process. Save yourself some frustration and get it from a more reliable (online) furniture store.
