Excellent customer service from Netrauta
I ordered several Heatit wi-fi heaters from netrauta. One unit had a sensor fault which the manufacturer said was unfixable and advised me to get a replacement. Netrauta's customer service was excellent. They quickly sent a replacement heater. Their service agents were very friendly, very helpful and kept me informed until the matter was resolved. Perfect!

Useful stuff at great prices
Being able shop online on Åland has been difficult but with netrauta.fi it has been a breeze and a pleasure. It’s almost dangerous because I want to buy even more stuff. But also the fact that there is so much useful stuff available and att great prices!

Misleading
I never leave reviews, but this site left a bitter taste in my mouth. Products are being shipped from abroad and are not in Finland itself, which is why it takes so long to get delivered. Don't be tricked by the free delivery, this is by PostNord and they will not bring the item to your doorstep if you live in an apartment building. Brand names are conveniently named differently to mislead you (e.g. my brandname was FinePrice which actually was vidaXL, a brand known for subpar quality goods and you can get the same items for half of the price from the manufacturer itself and had I known it was vidaXL, I would not have ordered it). Product (furniture) was also damaged on several panels, but not sure if that's due to bad manufacturing or transport.
I would return the items, but stuff above 25 kg are a hassle (which is what the site claims, but the packaging claims it is under 25 kg), which I'm sure is another hurdle to prevent you from returning it.
Never again ordering from here. Avoid.

Poor quality
I thought I would get a quality product made in Finland for the high price I paid but instead a poor quality Chinese product received. Looks like ordered from Temu and resold as quality product. Can't be assambled, pieces won't fit and the whole thing is wobbly. The pillows are too soft, amorf and the material is awful.
