While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Not contactable

Had a letter from this company stating they are going to be connecting in our area soon and inviting us to contact them so they could give us updates. Tried to go on mailing list - but email refused on the basis it was not a recognised/valid address. Thought I would look them up just to see what is happening and found all these bad reviews.

Guess what - not going to bother now! Thank you all and sorry you had to have the bad experiences before youcould warn the rest of us.

Engineers drilled through an electric…

Engineers drilled through an electric cable when installing. It being just for lighting and occuring in daylight unfortunately we were not aware of the incident until after the engineer left. Netomania (via youfibre) are now refusing to compensate us for the electrician repair work that was needed to fix the problem. Avoid.

Was told in 2023 I would be connected with youfibre at windsor court dl3 9hf within two weeks by Gary the sales rep. Sick of trying their useless websites to check when I can get connected. Same old bull not in your area yet. Try NOT BOTHERED YET. Anybody seen mickey mouse lately I heard he was going out with the tooth fairy.
Is openreach a better company to use as a supplier.

Ignorant and discourteous workmen

They came to install at out neighbours house but did not ask permission, nor even a courteous request, but just walked into our garden. Moreover, they dug up the pavement within 30cm of my car using stone cutters, spades and a 6ft crowbar, covering it in stone dust. When I told them to stop until I moved my car, they blatantly took objection and continued. I have complained to the company and asked that the workmen come to me to apologise for their ignorant and discourteous behaviour. I wait.
