Slow delivery and bad packaging
I ordered contact lenses and it took a while to arrive. When I received the products, the package was already damaged and the contact lenses boxes are not in good condition. The customer support telephone also somehow does not work - it got disconnected immediately. Definitely not recommend Netlens. Tried to contact their support as soon as possible but still have not heard from them.

Not delivered
Not delivered. Despite ordering 'express delivery' (promised 1-3 day delivery time), goods were dispatched late and have not turned up yet (8 days later). I believe this to be a scam. There are no replies to mails or phone calls.

Very bad, don't buy anything from netlens.no. I paid first, but the goods haven't come after two weeks. Never know if it will come at all.

Waited 1 week,talked to customer service, they charged my card, had no clue what I have ordered. They have computer errors.
I will press charges if they wont fix this.
