There was a problem with the boat and the trip was canceled . Not NetFerry’s fault but your customer care in rebooking was terrible. Because Net Ferry was acting agent for DFDS /TT it is the responsibility of NF to resolve this issue .
5 phone calls over 6 hours and I understood that NF was not going to help . I went to TT directly and was able to get tickets for tomorrow , not Sunday as was offered by NF.
Buying the ticket online was easy ,it was the customer service after the money was paid that is the problem. Rebooking is part of the job and that was done poorly.
I have asked for a refund but no answer on that yet .
I will never use NF again .
