I ordered a mobile phone from Net Deals …

I ordered a mobile phone from Net Deals via Amazon. Amazon's star rating for this company was very good! Shame I can't give a zero star rating! The 1 star rating description here isn't appropriate, hence 2 stars!
Anyway, they were quick to take my money and I tracked the supposed delivery due on 2nd Sept. 2017 on this day and it showed it was "almost on my doorstep." By the end of the day it had not arrived! Contacted both Amazon and Net Deals for You in Hong Kong via Amazon 's email. Amazon couldn't answer my query and Net Deals didn't know anything about my order. They emailed me several times stating that they were probably in error and couldn't do anything! But they took my money and received the order from Amazon!
I complained to Amazon again and Net Deals. Net Deals could not fulfill my order. At then end of the day - 2 days after the due date of my order, Amazon & Net Deals stated that a refund would be made.
Not only do I have issues with Amazon, as I believe their customer service is not as good as it should be, and has been in the past, but I will NEVER buy anything from Net Deals. Beware!
Once I receive my money returned - up to 5 working days(!!) I shall order the phone I wanted from Wonda Mobile - £60 cheaper and guaranteed 3 day delivery and 5* rating
