AVOID THIS SCAM BETTING SITE
Avoid this company like the plague there's plenty more genuine betting companys to use. It all started at 1am Friday 27th February when I made a £300+ witdrawel Id alreaddy sent my documents over in the past so there was no hold up with that. The witdrawel came up saying success when I checked 6 hours later and after not seeing the money in my bank account around dinner time on that Friday I checked again to see the witdrawel had been refused and was back in the pending stage so I contacted the company via chat and got told it was due to a technical issue on there side and I would receive the money soon. I then checked again Saturday dinner time and it was still saying pending so I spoke on the chat to a person named Carl he promised me I would receive me witdrawel by midnight that day (Saturday 28th February) I then checked it again on Sunday morning (1st March) it was still pending so I again spoke to Carl and natasha on the chat and got promised again by both of them the withdrawal would be with me by the end of the day. It's now 9pm on Monday (2nd March) and I've still not recieved the money (over 90 hours since making the witdrawel) and it's saying pending this is using the same card I've always used to deposit money (which always goes in the second you deposit ironically) so there's no excuse that I'm trying to withdraw to a different card. The strange part is I won £14 off the free spin daily game today withdrew that and within 4 hours that's witdrawel was a success and the money in my bank account. You couldn't make it up. Over 5 years of being with netbet I've deposited over £1,300 and only withdrew £50 or less so this is my first biggish witdrawel and I'm getting these proplems. They really do not like paying you when youve have a decent win. And to make matters worse after talking to Carl earlier on the chat which 90% of the time sounds like your talking to a robot and said to him how would he feel if the company paid him his wages 4 days later than planned would he be be upset? He's now put my account under temporary restrictions which I'm not to bothered about because I won't be spending my hard earned money on this scam betting site again. Just do yourself a favour and bet elsewhere if you want to see your money anytime soon. I will update this if I ever do get paid my money.

I sent them all my drivers licence, photo id, statements and they closed my account, I wonder why because I had won £1450 and they stopped the withdrawal to my bank even though I've made withdraws before albeit not for large amounts. Clueless to how I’ve not managed to land a bonus, deposited £500 and spun 50p
Stakes on one game and didn’t get a bonus once, somehow. Meaning I’ve spun at least 1000 times just with what I’ve deposited so would be even more spins including whatever money ive won spinning.
