AVOID

can not go into to much details as…

can not go into to much details as pending litigation,

shark decided to move my site from one data centre to another (with out me knowing)

sent an email on 15th stating to change name servers as my site is running on 2 diffrent servers

15 days later when the email is picked up (as i have been ill) and it was in JUNK folder i inform them my site is offline and i have updated DNS,

they state they have crteated my account (so they didnt even create a hosting account on the new server)

and they tell me they have NO BACK UPS !

yet they advertise weekly free off site back ups

hours wasted, 1000s lost

they also trade under "chick host"
they are under the ltd company net87LTD

Avoid THESE COMPANIES YOUR DATA IS NOT SAFE !
