Really good help from Ben Brown in helping me understand everything as a first time buyer and first time through this process, highly highly highly recommended Ben and Nest, efficient and easy to understand - thank you.

Just completed so the policy is now on risk. Spoke with Richie a few months ago, Richie has been professional, helpful and knowledgeable throughout. The policy contains some great extras aswell as what I feel is a good premium for what I'm getting. Richie has been regularly checking in along the way too to see how progress has been going so has also been very patient. I would recommend Nest to anyone.

I was in need of a bespoke home insurance quotation. Nest GI was suggested to me by my mortgage broker and, being a natural cynic, I've always been a bit dubious of company to company referrals. However my experience with Nest has been genuinely faultless.

I am in the process of purchasing a very 'non-standard' property with all kinds of quirks, yet Ben (Brown) worked through all of these with me and sourced an excellent product. Premium was lower than expected, yet policy coverage was very comprehensive and with a reputable underwriter too.

James was absolutely brilliant and sorted us out with a policy, taking into account some out of the ordinary details that we needed cover for. He was really responsive, obviously really well informed about the market and provided great customer service throughout, I would not hesitate to recommend and have no concerns about having another chat when the renewal date comes up.

Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that we were waiting on a call for our first appointment which never happened, and on the second date our broker arranged a week later, no one called in the time slot we were given and I had to chase myself. When we got there, everything was completely smooth sailing in the end.

Ben from Nest GI was amazing to work with. We had an initial call where we ran through what we required for our home insurance. He was clear and concise with his questions and once he found us the cover we required, we had another call for him to run through the details. He has now provided us with comprehensive insurance that is affordable.
