You ordered the free two week trial and were only ever charged shipping and handling. You were never charged for a full size bottle for refund. The Nerve Renew typically takes one to four months to start seeing improvement, as our 80% success rate is based off four months of continuous use. It is not common to see major changes with a supplement in two weeks. We wish you all the best.
