Setup was hard but Customer Service is great
The installation process was quite complicated to navigate but Jay was very helpful in walking me through the steps to remove my previous version of office and how to install and activate the new version. I am not very techy but his guidance helped me to get there in the end. Thank you.

To clarify, Visio 2024 does require that any older versions of Office programs be uninstalled before installation—this is a Microsoft compatibility requirement. There’s no need to delete any files, just the program itself, and once Visio 2024 is successfully installed and activated, you can reinstall your Microsoft Office applications without issue.
