I want everyone to know that in my experience, though shaky in the beginning, Nerdused finally got it right within the day.

The license key provided didn't work, and when the concern was raised over email, they finally fixed it, issuing me a new license key.

I was a little worried initially when the license key didn't work, but they fixed my issue.

I was unsure of how trustworthy nerdused would be. However, after buying Windows 11 Pro to find it actually worked, here I am on the nerdused.co.uk Trustpilot. Need I say more?

I downloaded and activated the software with no problems.

I bought a software download that was listed as a 5 user license. I installed it on 1 computer successfully. When I tried to install on a 2nd computer I received an error message that "all licenses have been used". So, what they really sold me was a single license- at a higher price than I would have paid for a new license.
On top of that, I contacted customer service to request that they correct the deficiency but it's been 6 days and they haven't so much as responded.

I placed an online order for MS Office 2021 and received a code quickly, but MS says it had already been redeemed and won't let me redeem it. I emailed Nerdused support 5 times over a week, messaged them on Facebook, and opened two support tickets and received absolutely ZERO response from this outfit.

After 2 weeks of trying and opening a dispute with my credit card company, I eventually tried waiting till business hours in the UK and then tried *phoning* through Facebook and eventually got someone's attention, after which I was able to communicate my problem via Messenger. The representative got back to me after a short time and told me they were cancelling my order and I would get a refund, which they did, indeed, do. They *NEVER* offered me a replacement code as I wanted and as they promise to do on their web site. The problem is that in the meantime the price had gone up to triple what I paid originally (Black Friday sale).

I've bought the license. You sent me all info to my email. I redeemed a code at Windows website and got the error that the code is invalid and token not found. But at the same time I received the email from you that the code is redeemed.
I tried to open a ticket at your website, and you need my email for that. When I entered my email the system said that this email is unknown.
So I cannot open a ticket.
Ok. I wrote to your messenger in FB (as it was indicated at the website). Still no answer.
How can I trust your website in the future?
