Signed up spent money recieved no bonus to be told its not there problem avoid

Multiple deposits over some years - never get bonus and when you do I’ve actually had 0!!! lol I never knew that was possible till I came here - I’m never playing again

I made a deposit of £20 it was taken from my account and has not arrived in my neptune account their response was ridiculous and blamed various banks however my bank has processed this payment. I've been using this site for a while now and I've noticed how slow they are at settling winning bets. I have had a first goalscorer bet placed this afternoon 11/01/2026 and as of this evening at 21.55 hours they have still yet to settle the bet. It is unacceptable. Recently I had a bet on a first goalscorer in the African nations Cup football but the player I selected did not start the game and was not on the field after the first goal was scored, this company never refunded my bet as a non runner. Beware of using this company, I will be closing my account once my winnings are settled and withdrawn.
Quick update on the 12th January 2026, still no settlement, nobody available to contact, virtual assistant keeps you hanging, email contact non existent. Very very poor service. Please beware of this company if I could score it 0 I would do. Following an email I have sent to the company, I still have had no response. Absolutely appalling betting company this. Please be aware.

I made an account for today and deposited £10. I then won just over £20 and tried to withdraw. The page then went down and I am unable to get back onto the site. I also had another two bets pending so have potentially lost more money. I have no confirmation or welcome emails from them. They are con artists. I really wish I checked them out on here first and am just fortunate I haven’t lost as much as some.

The only thing that’s a pain is it keeps logging you out. I found payout super quick and over all good.

Opened an account, did all the KYC stuff, sent them every document they wanted — took ages.
Then I win one single bet, and boom — instant limit. After that they just reject every single bet I try to place.

Allowed deposit then stopped working after 1 minute. Can’t withdraw and can’t talk to anybody. Absolutely awful experience and I’d advise anybody thinking of signing up to look elsewhere. Going to have to look at the small claims court to get my money back. Bunch of crooks 🤬

This site is literally a joke, You Deposit and every single time have to wait upto 8 hours for it to go in to your account! This site should be closed down!

Without doubt the worst site I have ever used, my account was closed last December 2024 & I have been trying to withdraw my £90 balance since then to no avail. I have uploaded documents countless times, sent countless emails only to tell me it was the wrong email address. Do not waste your money, if you win you won’t see it!

This is my second review! I have written one a month ago when this started. I’m currently talking to the gambling commissions in regards to NEPTUNEPLAY casino. I’m only due a small withdraw of money £45.00 but I’ve been fighting to get it for over a month. During this time I’ve sent all the correct paperwork over and information requested of me, only to be told my bank statement has been declined.

I keep fighting this as I can see many people have had the same issue with this company. Many people owed a lot more money than me. It also seems they might not be registered as a company, although online states started 2024 but under another umbrella. please please always check online, they list all legit company’s on the gamberling commissions website.

There is lots of casinos out there, I urge you to not use this one, they are terrible. I will get my money back it’s principle at this point.

When I did she was asking for proof via screenshot that I didn’t have. But she could see from account history that I didn’t it.
