We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review, but we feel it’s important to provide the full and accurate context for readers, as several key details have been misrepresented or omitted.

1) No customer under this name exists in our records
After thoroughly checking our database, we found no account registered under the name “Yagamurti Bhurtel.” What we were able to trace was a reseller hosting order placed using a completely different identity. This alone raises concerns about the authenticity of this review.

2) Your cancellation request and reason
You purchased a reseller hosting plan and later submitted a cancellation request stating:

"I don’t want it anymore. Privacy concerns and personal reasons."

At no point did you mention any technical issue, downtime, or service defect. Simply deciding you no longer want the service is not a valid reason for a negative review—especially when there were no specific complaints raised with us before posting this.

3) Refund policy explained clearly
Our refund policy, which is publicly available, applies only to shared hosting plans. Reseller hosting, VPS, and domains are non-refundable, as these resources are allocated and provisioned specifically for you upon purchase.

Our team clearly explained this to you when you requested a refund.

As a responsible buyer, it is always recommended to confirm such policies before purchasing.

4) Our team was proactive and responsive
When you raised your cancellation, our team:

Reached out politely to understand the issue.

Asked if there was any technical or service-related dissatisfaction.

Tried to discuss and resolve it with you.

The only explanation you gave was:

"erregular not sacrified."

When we asked you to clarify what this meant (as it’s not a standard complaint or issue we could act on), you did not provide any further details or allow us to investigate.

5) Privacy concerns? You never explained.
You mentioned “privacy concerns” but never discussed them with our team.

What privacy concern?
What part of the service affected you?
Did you reach out for an explanation or request for data privacy support?

We received no such communication. Simply stating a vague reason and then leaving a public negative review is neither fair nor constructive.

6) Why this review is being flagged
We are flagging this review because:

It is linked to an unverifiable identity not matching any active customer account.

The reason given (“I don’t want it anymore, privacy concerns, personal reasons”) does not indicate any service failure on our part.

Our support team was active, responsive, and willing to resolve the issue, but no clear feedback was given to work with.

Reviews are meant to reflect genuine experiences where the service provider was at fault, unresponsive, or failed to deliver. In this case, none of that applies.
