Neoxpad 

Company is a scam I know most people will not realise it until it’s too late like myself and many others. They’ve taken multiple payments from me without authorisation and looks like even though my bank has blocked any payments from one do the companies they have another one waiting in the wings to continue taking payments. If only I could meet these scammers in person.

My review is pretty much the same as the rest. There should be a do not touch this company with a barge pole !!!!! Total frauds/scammers. I ordered a smoothie maker over 3 weeks ago, no confirmation email, tried emailing numerous times no response, tried calling no answer and now a company IVI Smiles has taken more money from my account. I called the bank but until 30 days have gone by they cannot do anything, after 30 days they will dispute this for me. Hopefully I will get my money refunded and this company will be blocked from ever doing this again to me or anyone else.

To call these people scammers is far too polite. This is a company of thieving schemers whose sole intention is to mislead people, gain access to their bank accounts, and steal money from them. When they get rumbled, they pretend that people have signed up to subscriptions enabling them further access to your account. They are truly disgusting. Let us hope they meet their karma. Vile specimens of humanity.

On Friday August 11th, I purchased a blender from what I thought was a U.K. based online store. No email and no blender turned up for 2 weeks despite the website saying delivery will take 4-5 days.

A few days ago when I realised I had not gotten a response to the email I wrote them to ask what happened to the blender I paid for, I checked my bank account and discovered the payment was presented in dollars with a conversion fee.

It was then that I looked up the company online and found reports of similar undelivered purchases. I immediately called my back to block my card and as an extra precaution, asked the bank to block the company from taking money from my new card just in case they attempt to do so as others here reported happened to them.

Thankfully, the bank just returned my money today and I am grateful. Will be extra careful next time before purchasing from a new online company, even if the website has a U.K. domain and look normal.

I purchased an electric pressure cooker from this company. I had no conformation email, the money was taken from my card, plus a transaction charge, but I did not receive my purchase. They do not reply to emails, the phone number is bogus and the address cannot be found.

Fake website took money no confirmation email no customer care wrong phone number be aware....

Scammers took 3 payments out of my account all in USD please avoid tried to purchase a phone screen repair kit. Took £60 out of my account, AVOID!

I have ordered a pushchair of Neoxpad and no emails no tracking number the phone number doesn't work. Very very very anger been scammed.

This company they scam me I ordered from them still now no order no money

This is a scam company. On my debit card it show up as Venus corner. I emailed them so they took out more money from my account

SCAM. Avoid at all costs. Took my money, no order confirmation, telephone number is not valid and dont reply to emails.
Started getting charged by Venus Corner. Bank replaced card but somehow they got those details as well and tried to charge again. Luckily bank blocked both payments but now worried sick that they will keep trying.
Found VC website which says that you sign up to subscriptions when you purchase from Neoxpad. Have submitted ticket to cancel. Will wait to see what happens.

I paid for an item on the 5th, I have had nothing. 3 day delivery it said. They have since taken the same amount of money from my account again for no reason. Reported to Barclays,

Scam site. Seen these products before. They clone USA sites, change the .com to co.uk and invite purchases you will never receive. Their phone number doesn't exist, and their stated office is a residential flat. SCAM AVOID AT ALL COSTS..You will just lose money...

Looks like I've been done too, same as everyone else, just last week, how can these people still be trading when so many have reported them??

ORDERED GOODS ON SATURDAY 15TH JULY. PAYMENT TAKEN 19TH JULY ALONG WITH TRANSACTION FEE AND PURCHASE FEE. DESPITE EMAILING, NO CORRESPONDENCE FROM THE COMPANY. TRIED RINGING - NUMBER IS UNAVAILABLE. PLUS MY BANK BLOCKED AN UNAUTHORISED PAYMENT TO IVSMILES. SEEMS THIS IS A SCAM. SENT ANOTHER EMAIL TODAY BUT NO ANSWER. NOW DISCOVERED THEY TOOK ANOTHER 3 UNAUTHORISED PAYMENTS FROM MY ACCOUNT. PLEASE PLEASE BEWARE

Please don’t buy from this company. I ordered a table tennis from them at an unbelievable price. I had no email confirmation and waited over a week for the purchased table tennis. Still waiting and no correspondence regarding delivery or any sort of information. I’ve been scammed!!!! If the price is too good to be true then it is just that

Ordered something from Neoxpad, no confirmation email, no products delivered. Not able to contact them. Then, within days of my purchase Venus Corner attempts to take money out but my bank stops it as fraudulent and even more troubling IVI-smiles.com start taking out weekly transactions and foreign currency exchange. The bank changed my card and refunded my money but within 2 days IVI-smiles had accessed the details of the new card and started taking payments again.This company had set up a repeat subscription using my debit card and had quite legitimately requested my bank give them details. The bank has now issued me with another new debit card, refunded the money and has put a block on IVI-smiles requesting details to reset up the subscription for 13months. If they ask after 13th months the bank can legit say no as no subscription has been paid for over 12months.
Don't put yourself through it.
