I ordered two albums, and their website stated they were in stock. Only after I paid, I received an email saying that one of the albums was actually out of stock and had to be restocked from Korea, which would take 4–8 weeks.
It has now been more than 8 weeks, and I still haven’t received my order or any update about it. Terrible customer service and completely unprofessional communication. Definitely do not recommend.

Neotokyo is like the only shop which doesn't tell you if things are in stock or not. If you don't call them and ask about it, it's either a hit or miss.
If it's not in stuck, you only know after already paying and then you can wait for over 3 months, which is insane.
They also don't package safe at all, i never got any bubble wrap when I ordered from them.

+ at least it's cheap.
