I requested a withdrawal of €4,000 on 20 December. As of 29 December, the withdrawal is still marked as pending.
In addition, my account currently holds a remaining balance of €13,000, which NeoSpin support has explicitly confirmed in writing belongs to me and is eligible for withdrawal according to their rules.
Support has repeatedly confirmed that:
• my balance is valid and belongs to me,
• there are no issues with my account,
• the withdrawal request is approved,
• and the transaction is currently “under approval by the financial team.”
Despite these confirmations, there has been no progress or status change for 9 full days, and support has been unable to provide:
• a transaction reference,
• a confirmed sending date,
• or a concrete timeframe for completion.
I understand that holidays can cause delays, but keeping an approved withdrawal pending for this long — while a confirmed balance remains inaccessible — without clear information is not acceptable.
I am not claiming that the withdrawal has been refused. I am reporting an unreasonable delay and lack of transparency regarding an approved withdrawal.
I am submitting this complaint to seek assistance in obtaining my funds. I will update the complaint once the withdrawal is completed.
