Order placed 2/15 and still not received
I placed an order on 2/15/2026, and thats it. Haven’t received my order, haven’t received shipping information, contacted the company last week and was advised that my order was ready to ship but no advise to when. I reached out today requesting that if they refund me if they’re not able to produce the order, and radio silence. Everyday I’m getting ads in my inbox, but the order I’ve already placed is nowhere in sight. Incredibly disappointing because it feels like hundreds of dollars down the drain.

Buy one get two - The Scarlet reactor is awesome! I didn't really care about the get two free. Good thing. I didnt really care for the two free sabers. One looked unfinished but still charges with a type C charger. The other one looks 100x better but charges with a weird adapter. Im not at all impressed like I am with the Scarlet Reactor. Id rather get a better deal on a 2nd decent lightsaber. Thats just me I guess. I still gave 5 stars because I wasnt expecting the two free ones to be all that good. The included necklace was nice. Thank You!

The best Lightsaber
They are amazing products. The lightsabers can handle great combat levels for dueling, and the effects are amazing with lighting and effects. The quality of the build is amazing.
For light-to-moderate dueling, Neo Sabers holds up well. The hilts are durable, and the blades, especially heavy-grade options, can take a fair amount of impact. However, as with most neopixel blades, repeated heavy combat can eventually wear them down, something to keep in mind if you plan on full-contact sparring.
Neo Sabers is a strong choice for fans who want cinematic effects without paying ultra-premium custom builder prices. They strike a nice balance between affordability and performance, especially for collectors, cosplayers, and casual duelists.
If you're looking for a saber that looks incredible on display, sounds great, and performs well in choreographed combat, Neo Sabers is definitely worth considering.
