There is no phone number available for urgent issues. You can only live chat or email them, both of which take ages. I had a really serious issue pertaining to a large withdrawal and needed to talk to someone immediately, but there was no way to do that.
Support told me my account was frozen because of a 'security check' and said they were conducting some sort of 'investigation' on me. This all happened a week ago and still doesn't make any sense to me. I was also told that the balance in my account is inaccessible until this 'investigation' is done. This is completely ridiculous.
