Got to be the most frustrating company ever…
This has got to be the most frustrating company ever. All their contact is all through WhatsApp and they refuse to speak to you directly. It is worse than dealing with a chatbot.
We ordered a substantial sign (£500+) that we wanted installed into our client's walling - concealed all the wiring etc. Prior to this when we tested it we discovered their factory had incorrectly connected it and the wires, transformer and neon tubing melted on the back and it did not work at all. Unfortunately, we were short on time and had to install the broken sign as a placeholder for our client's launch. I have send videos and countless photos explaining the problem and they jut continue to ask for more photos/videos and expect me to rip the whole wall before they will replace the sign. My next move is to report them to trading standards. Please avoid this company at all costs! This has been going on since 19th June....
