Quick response and delivery time.

Required the Neon for an event, was worried if it went over the estimated delivery it wouldn’t arrive on time, but was delivered well within the estimated date.

Sign looks great, design exactly matches the logo PDF we issued.

We decided to have a neon light made for the kitchen. Tom was really helpful throughout the design process and made sure we found the best colour for the acrylic background to match the wall space. Delivery was a little delayed due to printing issues but the wait was worth it as the final product is fantastic and just what we were looking for. Would definitely recommend.

Neon for Dog Grooming Business.
Following my wife recently setting up a dog grooming business "Scruffty & Woofty's" my son and i decided to get a nice Neon effect sign for her birthday.
The service was brilliant and the turnaround time really quick.
Final product looks amazing and great quality. Would also like to add the packaging was great too ensuring the item was in great condition when we recieved it. Thanks

Awful service, rude customer service, asked for a refund for a product we cancelled before it was made because they couldn’t make it in the time they promised. Had our money for over 2. Weeks and all the lady says is I’ve asked accounts to look into this and still no refund. Please don’t buy from this company

Ordered my first LED neon sign from Neon Effect, 90x75cm - came within 2 weeks, exactly as designed. Early mockups helped. Prompt responses. I really like the dimmer!

So happy with the custom made sign I got! It’s amazing and so bright it lights up the whole room. The quality is top notch! If you thinking of getting one definitely order from Neon Effect. The customer service is outstanding too!…. I’m a hard critic when it comes to customer service but they are so helpful, reply almost instantly and nothings too much trouble. Great customer support / updates but most important the product is high quality even better than I imagined!

I have ordered on two separate occasions, both signs were perfect. Both are very well made and and securely packaged. Anyone thinking about getting one of the cat siluets should do so with confidence. I love mine.

I spent many hours looking for the best company to order a bespoke neon light from, and finding Neon Effect meant the time was definitely well spent.
The experience was first class from start to finish. The communication was excellent, helping me achieve the ideal layout, delivery was on time and as soon as I opened the package I knew I’d chosen the best company as the light is perfect, and looks amazing.

They were great at communicating, the one they sent me had a faulty part, but after I emailed they sent me a new replacement straight away.
