Less stressful dog walks
Really like this initiative as it makes my dog walks less stressful. Both me and my dogs wear the "Space Needed" neon signs which are easy to put on and take off, light and comfortable (for both human and pet). If a loose dog comes too close and my dogs get snappy ... it's not like I didn't "shout" about it in our bright neon vests!
Neon dog is good
Neon dog is good, I got the order faster than I expected.
As described, though, some people just do not pay attention to warning signs or verbal warnings when you tell them to give your dog space.
Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service. I spoke to Ian re a custom made design for my dog who was post op for his 2nd hip replacement. I wanted a vest that read " No dogs, recovering from surgery" There were some similar on the website but not quite what I wanted. I emailed in the afternoon, response was pretty much immediate. Ian assisted straight away with a custom design, was notified it had been posted and it arrived the next day. You can't get better than that. I also have some other products from their wide range and all are super affordable yet brilliant quality.
Excellently visible dog leads and…
Excellently visible dog leads and sleeves. We bought a lead and sleeve from the Neon Dog stand at the All about dogs show in Chelmsford Hylands Park as we have a very defensive Patterdale who has at the young age of two been rehomed four times. The Anxious do not pet sign gets noticed everywhere, unfortunately though the clip on the lead failed very quickly, a sign that it was a one off faulty bit of casting. Wasn't an expensive lead so didn't think about it and just binned it. But having washed and used the sleeve many times we were impressed enough with its quality to order more on line. We mentioned about the lead failing and were surprised with the speedy and friendly response.
I had an amazing experience with…
I had an amazing experience with NeonDog.co.uk. Couldn’t find a jacket with space needed I have arthritis on it. Emailed the company about 9.30pm and by 10pm. Ian Taylor emailed to advise the product was on the website ready to order. I bought two and a bandana. Super fast tracked postage and great quality goods at super prices. I cannot recommend this company enough.
