a total DREAM!! I was looking for some fun accessories to go with my Burning Man fit & came across their shop on Google. Everything arrived before my trip & I was able to style it into my looks beforehand. Definitely recommend this shop if you're looking for something unique & quality - 10/10

I’ve had nothing but awesomeness from this company. Fast service and they generally will respond to my questions via IG. I’ve got hats, purses, fans and looking to try the nails soon! Even the purse I purchased on a final sale that arrived broken with no way to fix it was refunded immediately with an apology! They literally are the dreams of my LED soul. Lol. I tell anybody who will listen about this company and to BUY BUY BUY!

I love Neon Cowboys products. I own the classic LED cowboy hat and the LED fringe bra top and I have never received so many compliments on a clothing item in my life. It is always a good brand to rely on for something fun to wear to a party, concert, or festival!

After seeing an ad for Neon Cowboys light up accessories in 2021, I decided to give them a try. I bought a pink hat and was instantly obsessed. I took it to a festival in Texas and got so many compliments. I loved them so much I’ve added 3 more hats, a pair of boots, a belt bag, cross body purse and a few other items to my collection. Ordering is made seamless and easy on their website. Shipping is relatively quick. And customer service is wonderful. Every product is well made and built to last years! I love this woman-owned company so much. And cannot rave about them enough! If you’re in the market for attention grabbing accessories, then Neon Cowboys is your place to go!

I'm obsessed!! I needed something fun for a music festival and these delivered beyond my expectations. The quality is SO good - you can tell these aren't cheap light up accessories that'll break after one wear. Everything feels really sturdy and well made. The designs are unlike anything I've seen before. I got so many compliments and people asking where I got my stuff. Plus they arrived on time which was a huge plus because I was worried about everything coming before the festival. Honestly worth every penny. The whole experience from ordering to the event was perfect. Already sharing with all my friends because we have a cowgirl bachelorette party coming up and I think their hats would be perfect. 100% recommend :)

I saw their neon light up accessories on Instagram and purchased immediately. When the products arrived I was just as hype as I was when I saw the videos and when nighttime came, it was party time. Fun delivered straight to my door 😝

Ordered my neon cowboy hat on Monday and it arrived Thursday in perfect condition! The product quality is incredible - exactly what I needed for festival season.
Had a quick question about sizing and their customer service team responded within hours with a helpful video on how to properly add the padding inserts for smaller heads. I'm already eyeing their LED face stickers for my next festival outfit. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for unique glowing pieces that actually work!

Pre ordered a hat, took 3 weeks ish (understandable) Then I received the incorrect hat. Returned, 3 more weeks for correct hat. I received it and the lighting wasn’t properly secured. When I would wear it, it would fall into my eyes. Emailed and never heard back. I tried glueing and that didn’t work so I just taped it. Chalked it up as a loss. Looks ghetto and poor customer service. Not worth the money. The “cheaper” light up cowboy hats are just as good- if not better. Definitely brighter and not as heavy. I have to wear a headband under the hat because the battery pack is so big it tilts back.

The Shipping was pretty fast. I got the Neon Cowboy Hat in pink. It fit pretty well, but it came with some additional padding that I ended up using to help the hat fit my head better. It literally is one of the best purchases I have invested in. + it looks so cool at night

Buyer beware! I placed an order with this company via Instagram Shop in November, with the item guaranteed by Christmas. I never received the item and Instagram automatically canceled and refunded my transaction in January due to the delay. However, despite my better judgment, I decided to purchase a different item from them in January. It’s an item that shows in stock (not preorder). We are about to enter March and I still haven’t received anything although I’ve been told by their customer service that it was scheduled to be shipped and can see a shipping label was created in mid Feb. but the item hasn’t been shipped. This company is a scam and has already ruined two gifts.

They sell items they do not even have possession or ownership of meaning they take your money & never deliver the item you paid them for. SHADY AS F! I’ll never support their DEI BRAND ever again. Horrible customer service. They double down & argue with their customers. They told me since I involved my bank that they wouldn’t refund me my money. Maybe this is why people don’t care about DEI when supporting brands. They care about customer service. Maybe NEON COWBOYS should consider doing better by their customers. I’ve sent them endless business over the past several years but that has ceased.

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a purse in October, have not received it and they are refusing a refund because it was pre-order. The pre order had said I would receive it by Christmas. They have been jerking me around for 4 months!!! Beware!

I received a faulty product and although the support team confirmed that they knew what caused it, they failed to send me the replacement part for over a month. Even though I followed up weekly for the status of the part, I kept being told that someone was "looking into it". They also took down two reviews that I posted on the site and would not explain why. The customer support responses were very short and offered no empathy and it was apparent that the company did not want to make anything right. I had a bad experience with shipping delays, no notifications about said delays, and a rude interaction with their Instagram. They also hiked up the prices for the item from $55 to $115, which I found to be shady. It's been 5-6 weeks since I contacted their team and they still have not resolved any of the issues. They don't offer refunds and even if you have a faulty product, you apparently have to return it at your own expense and then they will inspect it to confirm the defect isn't from an external source, aka you or bad shipping. Neon Cowboys has great product IDEAS but some are cheaply made and if they break, don't expect good service unless you are an influencer. Expect cold and short responses that clearly show that they don't want to deal with anyone who calls them out for bad products.
