Blown Away!
Got to admit, I was worried it was a fake site after I ordered as it was an advert on Facebook and I’ve been burnt before but I couldn’t have been more wrong.
I am over the moon with my neon sign for my upcoming wedding. It’s so much better than I could have ever imagined.
I didn’t realise I would be able to download an app to be able to control the brightness (among other things) so that was a wonderful surprise!
Honesty, if you’re in two minds, go for it. You won’t regret it.
Delivery was about a week and I was given a tracking number so I could keep an eye on it.
I also emailed asking for an update at one point and my email was responded to within 24 hours.
Brilliant company and high quality neon sign!

great service- confusing set up
their service was absolutely amazing- responding fast, patiently, and constructive. the only problem i had was that when i messaged them after my sign was delivered asking for proper set up to ensure i don’t overpower the sign or do something wrong, they’ve never responded and it’s been two weeks… the sign itself though is beautiful and everything i wanted.
