SCAM

I ordered from this company in january 2020 and in february I contacted them to ask about an update since I hadn’t heard anything from them. They tell me that the order got lost on the way so they told me they would send the item again. But a few months past with me trying to contact them BUT THEY WOULDN’T REPLY. Then in november/december I get a spam email from them but they changed their company name to “neonbitepro”, but they are still selling the same items.. Now it’s january 2021 and still I haven’t got a refund or my order.. This is a scam website.

Product not received, not providing support services like tracking, SPAM

It has been 3 months when they promised to deliver in a few weeks, they blamed corona and they have me a new eta but didn't prove to be useful. Their tracking services are stuck in "departure from china". They told me it's in my country from month, but they don't seem sure themselves but I told them I should have received it by now then. Their so called support is just that they send you emails telling you it's just corona and we're practicing SOPs and all but don't help with anything else. From what I've gathered from these reviews I'm pretty sure I will get a faulty product and then I won't receive messages from them. And I wrote a bad review in their page but it doesn't show that, they only show the good reviews which they themselves probably gave. I suggest you but cheaper better product and services than this like I should have, waste of time and money.

Ordered in December came in April

Ordered in December came in April. The product was broken. I asked for a refund and instead they said “they sent out a replacement”. It’s now October and nearly December and I’m still waiting. Wrote many emails only to get ignored. DO NOT BUY. SCAM

Extremely misleading product pictures

Extremely misleading pictures of their light strip product on their website. It looks like you can choose from a variety of colors, but the actual strip only comes with red, green, and blue lights. TOTAL SCAM. It took 8 months for me to receive my package (I ordered it in January). I would never buy from this company again.

***WARNING***Read before you buy.

Took an extremely long time to arrive (it’s as if they came all the way from China or some other far away country - shock horror!). Nothing like the pictures. No box, just placed in packets in a flimsy padded envelope which was just about big enough. They don’t work as the pictures would lead you to believe. They just have red, green and blue lights. There are no options to have pink, purple, yellow etc. so ignore the photos because they must be edited. The remote control has numerous colours - utterly pointless as they don’t work - press pink for example, and you get red, blue or green! They also advise you to join a WiFi connection as well as your own - I’m no security expert but I told my daughter to immediately delete it, as I would have thought that’s a major security issue! Cheap, rubbish which must have a huge profit margin - if I could turn the clock back I’d rather have paid extra for Philips Hue.

Horrible Company, 5 months with no order received

I ordered LED lights for my son on March 27 and still have not received them, they have horrible customer service and have now stopped responding to my emails. They have no corporate info and only give you a “support” email address... I even wrote a bad review on their website and it disappeared, total scam.

Avoid this company

Ordered in January and still have not received as a birthday present for my son. They claimed Corona virus was the issue. It has now been over 5 months and reading what others have wrote this is a bad company. The help desk and president a Mr. Quinn had sent me emails apologizing back in May saying it was still in transit. I have reached out to them several times since and they still have not replied since mid May. Will update if they refund or send items ordered

Emails ignored, items not delivered

On 31 March I ordered LED lights from Neonbite. My young daughters gave me the money €74 they had saved up to buy the lights. More than 80 days later the lights have not arrived, my emails have been ignored. At this stage I am asking for a refund of my daughters' hard saved money. Otherwise, the company is simply stealing from children

Appalling service

Appalling service. I ordered a set of lights in April and they only arrived mid June. When they arrived the lights were faulty and when I plugged them in the plug itself actually exploded in my hand! I had contacted them once before to get updates on my package and they replied the next day. When I emailed them about the faulty product looking for a refund there was no response. Even after a few emails and a few days waiting. Had to involve PayPal to try and dispute the charges. DO NOT BUY!

Total scam

Total scam. Ordered on April 11, never received anything and it is now almost June. I had my credit card dispute the charges. Their website only had positive reviews, which must be all fake. Do not order from them.

Do not order!

Terrible customer service! I ordered LED lights on the 24th of March. Still haven’t arrived and it’s coming into the end of May! When I tried contacting the seller, they weren’t responding to my emails and so I messaged them on instagram where i got a quick response and finally a response to my email. They went on saying that due to COVID that there were delays, however 10 weeks is ridiculous. There hasn’t been a shipment update since March 28th. i still haven’t resolved issue
