Do not honor their 1-yr warranty!
NeoLux Watch & Co makes defective watches and doesn’t honor their 1-year movement warranty! Mine stopped working 5 months after purchase and they ghosted me instead of replacing/refunding. Do not purchase from this shady company!

Bad quality not worth the money
Update: the watch has completely stopped working. Received the watch the quality was not good. The band was not connected to the watch and it looked like that it was forced in place so there is a gap between the band and the watch. I reached out to the company several times but no luck won’t be buying anything from this company don’t trust them. Update: company asked me to remove my honest review extremely rude this is how they replied to me “ As I said, our message form system has been down so that we did not see your emails.I can bet you can’t find any watch in the market that’s close to our quality with this price. It’s $200 watch not $20,000. ” you have been warned!

Watch SO bad !! Customer service is quick. Got full refund
SO bad !!!
The watch arrived and the second hand is stuck on one of the hour markers, and so is the minute hand ( stuck between two hour markers ).
Update: while the watch did not work the customer service was very fast. I was working with someone in customer service and they were quick to respond to my complaints. After I sent her a short video of the issue mentioned above, she issued a full refund.
I originally gave this company and experience a 1 star review due to the watch I was excited to receive but did not work. However, after getting my refund and working with their customer service rep to solve the problem quick I will update to 3 stars.

5 stars for the customer service

I am very happy with the watch
I am very happy with the watch. It is worth every dollar. My only reason for not giving the company a 5 was due to the shipping/ tracking was lacking. On the other hand I did email them and they did respond the next day. Which happened to be the day the watch was delivered. By the way the tracking on the website still says out for delivery.
