These seiko mod watches are legit!

These seiko mod watches are legit. For the skeptics, the watches are solid and the customer service is even better! My rep Elizabeth was super prompt with getting me squared away. My next seiko mods will be through these folks no doubt.

Great customer service and product care

Customer service and care was excellent. I received two watches and one of them had an issue.

I was able to work with Elizabeth. She was able to resolve my issue and have a new watch sent out to me immediately.

Both of the watches I received are now an excellent working condition and they are exactly as expected.

With excellent customer service and product care I can highly recommend this company.

I would like to give a huge respect to…

I would like to give a huge respect to Elizabeth to sort out my issue with customs and delivery there. She was very helpful, even when I've mentioned about customs, that I need some clarifications and she put that email as high priority and gave me what I need.
It was very quick and she was very friendly and polite, she deserved some free lunch from the boss or bottle of champagne or even paid off day, not going to lie.
That vendor does his job very clever and accurate, so next time if I'm going to buy custom watches I'd buy it from here.
One thing to improve is to add watch configurator, so I can configure my watches.

Surprising Quality and Style!

As an owner of both a Rolex and a Tudor, I can't recommend the NeoLux watches enough. The quality of the watch is shockingly good. Not only are they beautiful, but they are also a delight to wear.
