NeoLucida Reviews 

I received NeoLucida plus in a package deal with the larger version. I, too, cannot see anything with the Neolucida Plus and can see a little with the larger one. I emailed the company and I got an email back asking me if the prism was missing which it is not. I’m wondering if there is a flaw in the glass prism since it seems on this website only 1 out of 5 so far can see a ghost replica of the object to trace. I was very disappointed in the time it took for them to answer my inquiry and the product. I agree with the other reviewer, this is the price you pay when you can’t try before you buy.

I echo the opinion of reviewers below: i have the non-electronic small eye-glass version, don't know about the other. I have found it impossible to use (I am short sighted, but good/long-sighted partner found the same) and a lesson not to buy things off youtube ads, even when they seem supported by credible advocates: always read the third party reviews. To be fair they said they would refund it but I didnt pay to get it shipped back to US, forgot, and it's a bit late now. It sits on my desk as a reminder not to be so silly.

This so-called drawing aid is a complete waste of money. Extremely difficult to use especially if you want to copy at equivalent scale

The product is awesome!
It is quite easy to use and it really helps me with learning to draw as well as making the drawings in realistic proportions.
I got the NeoLucida plus as that one seems the most worth it.
Even though I read many reviews saying that it is hard to use, etc. I had no issues, didn't have to go through a learning curve to use it.
In my opinion this camera lucida version is the best one out there(compared to the mirror versions).

I was gifted a NEOLUCIDA as a present and sadly I have found it to be absolultely useless and impossible to trace or even see anything with it.
A risk you take when you cant try before you buy
