The White Topaz gemstones are indeed tiny, so we can offer the bracelet for £49. We have not digitally enhanced the size of the gemstones in the photo, this isn't something we would do. Order was placed on Wednesday 27th March with an advertised delivery date of Saturday 30th March.
Nothing arrived so chased on Tuesday 2nd April by email; only then was my order dispatched (I received notification it had finally been dispatched).
No apology or response to my email at all. This was for a birthday present so needed it for the advertised delivery date. By the order not being dispatched until the following week the birthday was missed. Really disappointing service.

I am sorry that you have received the parcel after the birthday, The order was placed on Wednesday 6pm and even with our signed for 24 hour delivery service the parcel would not have been delivered in time. Beautiful wave style gold ring
The product itself is very beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I ordered a gold ring to wear on my left thumb, and although I had thought I had ordered the correct size, it was too large. I returned it and the exchanged ring arrived 3 days later. Wonderful service and good email communication in the interim . I would highly recommend this company.

It seems that you have not seen my original email informing you that the ring had unfortunately sold out and that we had to refund you. I emailed you prior to issuing the refund.
Please see below my previous email - it might have been blocked by your junk folder setting.
I also checked our Neola junk folders and found your two messages. We have never received your email and I would have personally responded to you straight away.
This is rather unusual for both your and my emails not to arrive. I can see your side and imagine that it is frustrating not to receive an explanation. I do very much hope that this gives you the reassurance that I did send you an email - you just haven’t seen it.
I am equally disappointed that your emails were filtered and did not arrive at our inbox - I have a small business and every customer is very cherished by myself please be reassured that I would never knowingly ignore one of my customers.
