I understand tariffs and everything has…
I understand tariffs and everything has been difficult for everybody and making overseas shipping very difficult/expensive, but this site was ridiculously hard to navigate. Not once did I get any estimations about the process until it was too late to refund, shipping was 50+ dollars for a very light/small order (compared to surugaya it’s expensive) and I had virtually no idea what was going on! I’m sure the website makes sense to Japanese users maybe, but please make it easier with more communication!

Very good
I've bought several times from Mercari using them and every experience has been very satisfying, easy to do and quite quick. I find the fees a bit expensive and the wallet system overcomplicated, but other than that this company is really good.

14lb book order review
Payment methods are a pain to go through, but other than that they were pretty easy to work with. I purchased 14lbs worth of Fairy Tail manga and shipping was expensive (im not blaming Neokyo) but it arrived sooner than expected and in great condition. I was very fond of how transparent Neokyo was with everything :)

Lwky slow but I expected that, everything else was good, dhl did a great job delivering and neokyo was easy to use (i have bone to pick with some seller who listed albums that looked sealed then didn’t mention they don’t come with pcs, but that’s not neokyo’s fault)
