They take a long time to make purchases, a long time to register arrivals at the warehouse, and above all, they take far too long to package items before shipping

Processing time in your company is a little bit too long…… when a product received by your company, it needed a day to proceed to the storage…… and then…… when i ordered for the packaging, it required over a week to finish…… and then…… when i confirmed the shipping details, the package was shipped in 1-2 days……

According to my shopping experience with your company in the past, i believed the processes could be shorter and I was satisfied with the services provided in the past……

But, for this time, i think there is a room for improvement

I was able to obtain an extremely rare actuon figure for a good price thanks to Neokyo's comprehensive search feature that let me look up all the Japanese market sites at once. Though ordering and packing were slow processes, once shipped it took me no time at all to have it in my hands.

At first, I was really confused how the system worked, but every email I recieved really helped the process go smoothly. Ordering and delivery options were easy to run through once you get an understanding how the site work. I am happy with this service and will gladly use again!

Takes so long to pack (around two weeks) despite the item (PS VITA 1000 in my case) was already in storage at their warehouse.

Even though shipping was quick (within/under 24 hours), it’s just their service is SO slow. Waiting for that “Pending Packing” for two weeks was really annoying.

Will probably use a different proxy next time instead of Neokyo. Buyee is still the best overall (unfortunately they don’t ship items that have batteries in them).

I placed my order at around April 18th. Was just shipped yesterday, May 7th.

It took a little while for my order to be packaged, but I believe it was during Golden Week, which makes sense! Once my order was packaged it was immediately shipped. With DHL it will be in the US in less than a week, which is amazing!

Got discount item but was charged more for shipping. Had to pay more then the item cost here in the United States

Serious problem with shipping, taking 2-3 to “pack” and another 2 weeks to prep to ship… 1.25 months before the package is shipped is almost unheard of… it would then take another week to arrive. 1.5 weeks, unbelievable

very straight-forward user experience except for the step between packing and shipping was a little unclear i had to manually create a shipping request after that step, though this could just be completely user error as the user interface isnt completely intuative.

I received a mug and it arrived perfectly!

I had some questions about the payment of auctions, and Neokyo answered me quickly so I was able to get the product I wanted. The shipping price is maneageble and cheaper than 2 other proxys I have tried in the past (shipping from Japan to Peru). My packages are still on their way but I can already recommend this proxy.
