Gave it to my wife on 9th May as part of birthday present and she is completely delighted. My job for tomorrow a.m. is to set it up and move her stuff across.
Is there a "best size" for an SD card please?

The package includes the tablet
The package includes the tablet, keyboard plus power plug . It did not take long to setup. And has plenty of memory. Had to buy a cover for the tablet.

Very pleased with the tablets I purchased. Would of given 5 stars had the cases arrived with tablets. If you run a promotion ensure stocks are high. Still awaiting 4 weeks later.

Was taken in by the “genuine” reviews in the comments section. Not up to the hype it was given,trouble downloading apps, app won’t open when downloaded, supposedly 15 hour battery life more like 5. Disappointed to say the least.

**Update Monday 28th April 2025 the reply from Mike below is untrue at no point was i informed of a delay in any part of the order. There is no proof on any recipts or order confirmations**
I was aggressively marketed the neocore tablet, case, keyboard and mouse bundle. It took 12 days to arrive from order. When it was delivered it was missing the case. When I queried this I'm told the case is on pre order, as mentioned on the website. This is not mentioned on the website. I will recieve it some point in the future! Really not happy with the service from this company.

Bought two of these tablets
Bought two of these tablets. Really pleased with them. Very cost effective but no scimping on the quality. Sturdy build so should last quite a while. Cover and keyboard nice too. Keyboard is really responsive.

My first tablet
I've always used my phone and my PC but I bought a tablet to save my phone battery when i'm home. Looked for spec at a decent price and had a choice of British or Chinese at the same price and similar spec so went British. The Neocore E2s arrived and is a great replacement for my S21 phone fast bright and simple to adapt to, the only thing missing is 'close all tabs' button. I have now been using it for 4 weeks and my phone never gets picked up at home.

Good functionality and value for money
Pad took a long time to arrive, but was well packed and presented when it was posted. Undeniably very good value for money, the pad/keyboard/mouse combination operate well together, although the keyboard and mouse are apparently generic units from China. It is impossible to give a comprehensive review after only a few days use, but I am very pleased with my purchase so far.

Communication was great. Site said there would be a delay as stock was low but there wasn't too long to wait before delivery. Tablet is light and functions well. I've bought a keyboard to attach but haven't used it as a "laptop" yet.

My second E2 …
Well I already have an E2 which has been fine but wanted to have the newer one as it would be useful to use it as a small laptop when I'm not at home. I haven't had any use of it yet as it only arrived this afternoon and it and the keyboard needed charging.
The only problem is the time it has taken from ordering to now. I'm not saying it was your fault. This is the course of the events:
Ordered 14th March
Received an email on 17th March to say you had posted it.
I received an email on 24th March asking what I think of it.
I received an email on 25th March from Royal Mail to say it would arrive on 26th March which it has.
