Great service provided, quick dispatch and well packaged. Delivery was a couple days late, but was down to Royal Mail and outside of Neo Cards' control. Very happy overall, thanks! 😊

Customer Service 10/10
I was looking for a specific product for my collection and I messaged this site, but also had a post on another website explaining I was in search for this item. Turns out the owner saw my post online and also saw my message directly to the site and sent me pictures of the product to see if I was happy. It was mint condition and the price was excellent, I was also reassured and provided with updates every step of the way. This was the first time I've had Royal Mail deliver me something on a Sunday, so your magicians for making it happen, it also arrived so fast and packaged up so safe, I can honestly say this was a 10/10 experience and I will be returning to purchase other products in the future, highly recommend and purchase with confidence.
