Almost 2 months ago, I ordered sock shoes for a total of over €70. I still haven't received anything. My questions about this via email are also not being answered.
I think I fell for it, lost my money, and will never receive anything.
Terrible customer service! They sent me the wrong size, and after weeks of trying to contact them, I still can’t get a replacement. They either ignore emails completely or respond after ages. I deeply regret buying from this company — save yourself the trouble and stay away!
I got duped. They are terrible quality, took forever to get here, and the customer service is abysmal. They were too big even though I followed the sizing info, and they told me it would cost too much to exchange so I should just buy more. Wild suggestion for a solution.

Caveat Emptor!!! This company isn't reliable. Still waiting for my shoes to even be dispatched from China after 12 days now. I was told on their Facebook pages id receive within 10 days. No one responds to a compaint!
