Hurtig levering? - Unfortunately not here!

I am surprised about all the comments on "Quick delivery"! My experience is exactly the opposite. I ordered about 10 days ago - have not heard a thing, even though I inquired by mail. And that is not the first time this happens.
I also find the website often does not work properly. Correcting the shopping cart and/or proceeding to payment has often been awkward or even impossible without logging out and logging in again.
The product itself is good, which is the only reason why I still use Nemfoder. I normaly don´t write comments on Trustpilot but this is far too annoying.

UPDATE & UPGRADE: 2 days after my comment I got a call from Nemfoder, explaining that there had been some problem in the system (as far as I understood) and that my order was now being shipped asap. I have received it today. So, I think it is fair to upgrade the number of stars. Mistakes are normal and it is the way they are corrected that also matters.

When I made order I wrote an alternative address in case I was not home, but I got I notice to go to the post office instead!
If I have to go to the post office my is easier for me to by the stuff at the shop next time!
