Very poor avoid
Very poor. AVOID..AVOID...from the eufy security camera app they asked for 0.01p to confirm I was UK resident with valid bank account as they only operate in certain countries. Stated that no monies would be taken from my account. Low and behold within 2 days they attempted a 39.99 debit from my card. Luckily Barclays were on the ball and declined the unauthorized transaction. Total scam. How this company is still operating is unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.
Abysmally bad.
Abysmally bad.
No official email to give an option of cancellation. Fraud was used by this company on my account. Be careful!
Fraudsters
Just like other reviews note, this merchant is a scam. I recently went to the Leeds City Library to print some documents, and after scanning what I didn't know was a manipulated QR code on their poster, the link took me to a page asking me for the card details. A few days after that, my bank flagged their attempted £39.99 transaction as fraudulent (thank god for that). I will alert the library and I've explained to the bank where and how it happened. Beware.
Scam - Beware of WR codes
I went to a bar to see a few music acts, the menu was accessible by QR code. These jokers hijacked the QR code link and signed me up for a £39.99 subscription to them, with a penny as the starter charge. My bank caught them at 3.30 in the morning trying to take the money and warned me of fraudulent activity, which I confirmed is true, 5/5 for my bank, I wish I could give these frauds a 0. I have since warned the bar.
Searching Nemblix's site and using the company number, They are registered to the company in the UK, under companies house called NAGRAM.NET LTD Company number 15833908.
Fraudulent
Fraudulent - unauthorised transaction on my credit card for a service/company I had never heard of
I have never heard of them
I have never heard of them, I thought I was signing onto the Tesla App for my electric, they cleverly put a note across the app to verify your account, making it seem its for your tesla account. They took £39.99 even after cancelling a complete and utter con. I have emailed do lets see if I get my Refund
It's a scamthis

I raised a complaint straight away and l will be phoning the bank in the morning
Scam
Nemblix are total scam merchants. I'm surprised the Police don't take action. Santander contacted me to say Nemblix had tried to charge £39.99 to my account. They said it looked suspicious and they were correct. I did not sign up for anything from Nemblix. I'd never even heard of them prior to this. Santander have blocked the payment and any future payments. They've issued me a new card. I have no idea how they got my details. Reading some reviews on here I'm glad I don't bank with Natwest or Halifax as they told their customers to sort the issue out themselves. Thank you Santander for your tremendous monitoring of suspicious transactions , help & support.
Scam
Scam. Advertising on parking website as the way to create an account and pay.
They ask for a direct debit to be taken and then no account actually set up. They just have access to your bank account.
Scammers
Scammers, took 39.99 from my wife’s bank this morning. Phone bank they are helping but as it’s pending they can’t stop it. Traced back to a QR code on the “Ring Go” parking app - another scam company charging extortionate parking rates clearly affiliated with Nemblix. Buyer beware.
A total fraud
A total fraud! I didn't know I subscribed and there's nowhere to cancel any subscription neither. And £39.99 for 28 days? You've got to be kidding me!
This is a fraudulent website
This is a fraudulent website. They tried to charge me £0.01 on my credit card. It was flagged up as fraud by my card company who have now cancelled my credit card. If you get charged, go straight to your bank/credit card company and tell them it's fraud.
This is a streaming service con
This is a streaming service which possibly is on my firestick somehow. No indication that I'd signed up for a service - fraud. Traced details and have written for refund and unsubscribe. I have no idea what is it
I have no idea what is it, how it happened that they take £39.99 from my Halifax account as a subscription. I've just blocked the payments. I don't even know how this subscription has been set up!!! That's horrendous and scary!!!
Absolutely the pinnacle of fraud
Absolutely the pinnacle of fraud, tricking people to buy and without any notice setting up a recurring payment, usually £39.99. Total set of crooks who should be avoided at all cost.
Charged without knowing why, but I got a reimbursement
I don't even know who these people are, they charged £39.99 to my account and I don't know how they got my details. Update: I emailed them for a refund and they issued it! So - worth emailing the company.
My wife was scammed by this company
My wife was scammed by this company. I checked my statement and I was debited July 10 2024 and 7th of August 2025 £39.99 each and I never subscribed neither did my bank Halifax inform me of a pending debit till I saw it in statement. Now bank says there is nothing they can do about it and that I should deal with a company I don't know nor heard of until this day.
Had a similar experience to others
Had a similar experience to others. Nemblix.com has taken a payment of £39.99 unauthorised. It appears to have been taken via my digital wallet in the early hours of the morning when I was asleep, how does this happen? Phoned Natwest bank and they are asking me to deal with it direct with the company, which is a streaming service and only has an email. Looks fraudulent, for sure, Anyone resolved this?
