Terrible customer support

I purchased a Nelson-Rigg SE-3040 backpack and upon unpacking it I noticed that there was a fairly large hole/rip in the corner of one of the welded on connectors for the various straps - meaning water would come in, if out in the rain.

I've seen several other buyers on Amazon with the same experience with this backpack.

I contacted NelsonRigg just short of a month ago, for warranty, but they've been completely unresponsive so far.

Terrible welding quality and terrible customer support.
