My experience with Nelson Frank was great. It did take some time to find the right spot though.

Some account managers will try to get you out to many clients. Some job seekers may want this approach. It was OK for me until I saw that I was talking to companies that I really had no desire to join. Once I aligned my goals with the recruiter, the experience was perfect. Each call or activity had purpose and an acknowledged desired outcome.

If you are like me, make sure you are specific and clear on what your best scenario looks like. Only talk with places that check all the boxes.

Great experience working with Jacob. Always prompt communication about the recruitment process and candidates details. Very flexible regards the contractual arrangements.

I worked with Garret on this new opportunity. I must say that he is Awesome. during the whole engagement he was super quick, confident and very supportive. I like his communication skills, I like the idea to call instead of just email/messages and wait for the response. I had the pleasure of working with Tim. He first reached out to me when I was thinking about a different career opportunity but was not quite ready, I said to give me a call in a couple of months expecting to hear nothing back. To my pleasure and surprise 3 months later, I got another call from Tim, this time I was ready, and we were off to the races. Within a few months I was already interviewing at some amazing companies. The screening of candidates could have been a little better. e.g. One candidate that was suggested to us to interview had a resume shared with us that was lacking in any sort of relevant details and was not of professional quality. This should never have been forwarded on.

Matt was extremely responsive to my wants and needs in looking at prospective employers. He took the time to learn what I was looking for, going beyond the resume, to build a better picture of me, and not what’s just on the paper. From that he was able to successfully introduce my new employer to me and shepherd me through the interview process. Cheers Matt!!

I had a great experience with Nelson Frank regarding the recent job offer. The Consultant who called me, Tim Dickens was highly professional, extremely cordial, and made the whole process smooth and seamless. I worked with Matt Schatzman and I can say nothing but great things about my experience! Matt was incredibly helpful with not only getting me interviews, but also coaching me through them and giving me tips and advice for furthering my career. My new job is everything I wanted and I could tell the whole time that Matt genuinely cares about the people he helps place in new careers. Once we finished all the interviews he made the offer and roll on process a breeze. I actually have sent a couple friends his way!
