If there was a way to mark zero start I would. My first order that (according to the site) would arrive around 12 days, was no where to be found coming up on 4 weeks and tracking (from an unknown vendor) didn't provide any information. I emailed them and didn't get a reply until days later after I filed a dispute with my bank. I told them to cancel my supscription (as their site is difficult to navigate and I was unable to find suck). A week or so later I get an email saying my subscription is due to ship - the link provided to manage the order was broken (I tried for 3 days), then finally emailed them demanding cancellation and that they were NOT permitted to charge my card on file. The still did. I email again after I get the second shipment (back to back deliveries) asking how to return, cancel the subscription, and don't charge me again. I was told to just keep the product as a courtesy - all while they are showing my bank I got the order and no charge back should be honored. I reached out to them again and they said the don't offer refunds because I got the product. The product I asked how to return and was told to just keep it as a courtesy. This company is shady at best. BUYER BEWARE

I have had hypothyroidism for 30 years! My husband bought me Nelow thyroid drops 40 days ago and I was hesitant to try bc inread reviews about the product being a scam. This product has been a game changer! I have increased energy, no brain fog, improved focus and I lost weight! I haven't felt this great ever! Highly recommend for anyone with hypothyroidism or Hashimoto's!

Signed me up for subscription which I didn’t know about!
I cancelled my credit card so they couldn’t steal any more $$ from me!
Then they had the hide to send me notification to say they cancelled my subscription because i cancelled the card therefore the transaction didn’t process what they were stealing from me!!!
Lucky I cancelled my card! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

If I could give zero stars I would. This company unknowingly signs you up to a subscription that you cannot get out of. Then they don't honor their money back guarantee. Absolute scam - so not purchase from this company.

Now wondering what type of snake oil I’ve been consuming. Wondering if I can get it tested to actually see what’s in it. This was a scam & I hate that I did not check reviews and trust pilot prior to ordering. Ordered once, said I enrolled in subscription. Wrote emails, even received one saying my subscription will be cancelled but may take time to process. Still got another shipment & attempted to use multiple links, in what I feel are intentionally faulty links, to cancelled. Finally had to report to my CC company. Do not order from this place. No customer service number. AI never helps. In my research I learned this is called sludging. No links work, they want us to be too frustrated to cancel, no other way to stop subscription. This company is dishonest. Beware.

Didn't realize it was a subscription. When I got email for second shipping I wrote back to say to cancel, they did not. Now going on third bottle (2 I am filing claims on my CC) I have written over and over and they will not cancel. They have no phone number contact. Cannot access the "manage subscription" page so my only option is to shut down my credit card. IT IS A SCAM

Ordered one time from Nelow and they continue to ship and charge my credit card. I emailed them extensively that I didn’t enroll in a subscription and to discontinue any further purchases since September 3rd. Response via email appears random and AI. Don’t order from this company. Filed a credit card dispute October and just received Nelow email for November charge. Refused product and I have tracking proof it was returned. Fraudulent charges! No responses to my issues from their support email correspondence.

I ordered and paid for the product but never received it as promised. The company does not have a phone number or address. There is one email that has an auto response. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card and suddenly the company answered by month old email saying they will cancel my order. However, they shipped it instead of cancelling and charged my credit card the second time. Horrible experience

I would like to add my experience as being exactly as other reviewers have described. Ordered once, they signed me up for a subscription, which I notified them right away I didn't want. They emailed back that they had already changed it in my account records. A month later got notified of the next shipment. Website would not let me log into my account, so I emailed several times the same day saying I do not want another shipment. It shipped anyway. Disputed charge with credit card company. Now they emailed saying they are a small company and it would really help them out to withdraw the chargeback. Their website does not function for my customer account.They have no phone number for customer service, and say they haven't gotten my emails to cancel shipments. Stay way away from these people, unless you have nothing better to do than deal with either inept business practices or scammers.

The product took a very long time to arrive and in that time I asked to cancel the order. Once the product arrived, I received an email stating my subscription would be cancelled- I didn’t sign up for a subscription. A few days later I receive another email about a new shipment and I was charged again. I responded to the email that said the subscription was cancelled and questioned why I was sent another bottle. Days later a response arrived only asking why I wanted to cancel. Deceptive business. I filed a dispute with credit card company. If you don’t want frustration and the back and forth with emails and filing disputes avoid purchasing at this company.

HORRIBLE SHIP TIME. Finally received my order of 3 bottles after a month of ordering. Then they automatically shipped me another order within 3 days of receiving that order.
NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have tried to contact; Website has NO phone number and the customer support email address is wrong.

I ordered a one-time supplement, but they signed me up for a subscription. I emailed them and they told me they'd canceled the subscription, but then charged me the next month. The link on my confirm email to manage my account does not work. I've emailed several times with no response. I finally deleted my credit card from my profile and blocked payment through the credit card company. Total hassle!

I tried canceling before my subscription was renewed. The website is broken. There is no phone number. I have not received any response to my many emails attempting to cancel. Product comes from Yenwen in China. I had to file against Nelow via my credit card.

I believe this company is fraudulent. Signed me up for a subscription I didn’t want. Told me they would cancel for me but have since charged me again. Do not answer emails. I now have to cancel my credit card and all that entails. Will be in touch the the fraud department at my bank.

If I could give a zero I would. Took over a month to get my product. When I asked to cancel my subscription they said ok. Then I was charged again. I asked to not be charged the day before they gave me on an email and they still charged me. Then acted like they could not find any orders for me and even asked my email. Said they could not find it but yet they had emailed me at that email. Told them I would cancel with my bank and after about 10 more emails they finally cancelled. Terrible way to do business just don’t order from them you will have a pain in the neck for yourself. Too bad they can just do the right thing and listen to their customer

Product said delivered yet I checked for days and took several emails to get customer service to respond and they said they would look into it. I requested they cancel my subscription since you are unable to cancel on website and they ignored my email and charged my account again. I have sent at least 6 more emails requesting they cancel and still not responding. I have gone to my bank and submitted fraud and blocked this scam company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, you will regret it

Product never delivered and their support team just rode me along saying they were unable to track due to shipping carrier timelines. Now I am trying to contact them again and the email will not go through because the address in no longer valid. Fraudulent company. Do not waste your time with this product.
